Description

Construction of a country residential complex of 22 homes and common areas that integrates the concepts of innovation, technology, wellness and sustainability, responding to the landscape through strategies that allow mimicry and the use of natural resources. The project must guarantee the thermal, auditory, luminous and psychological comfort that each space requires according to its vocation; handling the same architectural language for all the houses.

Location: The project is planned as a country residential complex consisting of 20 lots with areas of just over 10,000 m² and one of 20,000 m² implanted in a land of 246,829.33 m², which according to the land use plan, have a maximum construction limit of 5% (500 m² and 1000 m²), thanks to this restriction the intervention that is generated in the landscape is smaller scale so the project should seek to emphasize this relationship where nature prevails over the built space, a concept that should be reflected in all scales.

The project currently has roads and ecological paths that ensure the connection of all the properties with the main access, however, it is necessary to propose new spaces that support the current infrastructure, providing scenarios conducive to the recreation of the community.

Located in the rural area of the Jerusalén village, municipality of La Calera, department of Cundinamarca, country Colombia, adjacent to the Chingaza National Natural Park, an area of environmental protection, with endemic vegetation, such as arnica, mosses, lichens and frailejones, generating water sources for consumption in the city of Bogota. With an altitude of 3,100 meters above sea level and an average temperature of 12 ° C, housing must respond comprehensively to the conditions of cold-paramo climate through bioclimatic strategies.
