MakingArt 4.0 is an idea by ScanAndMake (www.scanandmake.com), to help developing the usage of computer controlled techniques, like additive manufacturing (ie 3D Printing) and other, in art and design making and to promote innovative artists and designers which are willing to take our challenge.
MakingArt 4.0 is already at its 4th edition and boasts thousands of visitors and incredible venues and locations. Dozens of artists and designers from all over the world have already exhibited their works in our exhibition, increasing their visibility and competing for the final cash prize. This edition will be held in the breathtaking Cathedral of Justo Gallego Martinez, in Mejorada de Campo, Madrid (www.onemancathedral.com), probably the biggest ever building built by just one man, using only recycled materials.
