-Marta Sękulska-Wrońska
Architect, Partner, WXCA, Poland
Marta is a partner at WXCA and the President of the Warsaw branch of the Association of Polish Architects. She has co-authored numerous winning projects such as the Polish Pavilion at the Expo 2020 in Dubai and the Baltic Sea Art Park in Pärnu, Estonia. Along with her team, she was nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award for the European Center for Geological Education in Chęciny, Poland.

-Eli Synnevåg
Senior Architect MNAL, Snøhetta, Norway
Eli started in Snøhetta in 2000, working as Senior Architect and project manager on a wide range of national and international projects, like KMD Academy of Fine Art Bergen and King Abdulaziz Centre for World Culture (Ithra) KSA. Since 2016 she has had a leading role in Snøhetta, working with team management, research, and development. In 2019 she became Project Director and is responsible for the company’s project portfolio in the Middle East.

-Mr. Santa Claus
Investor Korvatunturi, Finland
Mr. Santa does not need a lot of introductions. He has been running his world-famous business for thousands of years. He has also managed to maintain his position as market leader – not least because of his unique business idea of bringing joy to the world by fulfilling people’s wishes.

-Sipi Hintsanen
City Architect, Rovaniemi, Finland
Sipi has a long experience in residential design. He has a few publications under his belt as well as his own projects presented at the Vantaa Housing Fair 2015 and Tortona Design Week. He’s also an accomplished lecturer with a wide skill set in design, and what’s more, a patent for an ice cube design.

-Alexandru Oprita
Architect & 2014 competition winner, Romania
Alex is an architect and works at Martian Republic in Romania. Since his experience with Snøhetta, Alex has put together a multi-disciplinary creative collective that focuses on developing authentic and engaging spaces. He is a strong believer in the importance architecture competitions have in developing the industry.

-Jānis Zaharāns
Ruukki Construction representative, Latvia
Jānis has worked for Ruukki since 2015. His background is in product design and building constructions. Jānis is a business-driven project leader with a strong customer focus and a lot of experience in working in the area of architecture. He runs Ruukki’s cladding projects aimed at increasing the company’s partnership value especially to architects.
